Refund policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All Kyrah products are made individually for each customer.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed once an order is placed.


2. Exceptions

The only exceptions apply if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases:

  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to Kyrah


3. Order Cancellations

Cancelling Your Order
Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order is processed, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
Kyrah may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen reasons.
Customers will receive either:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit, depending on the situation

Undeliverable Parcels
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, and remains undeliverable for 30 days, the parcel will be considered lost.
No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
